Course Description: This course encompasses weaving and handloom crafts. This course will provide learners of the various techniques and skills in creating and designing skills in producing crafts like. It also promotes sustainable livelihoods, stimulates markets, attracts tourism, and preserves traditions. Upon completion, learners are eligible to take assessments to earn National Certificate level II in Handicrafts (Handloom) that will open pathway careers in textile designing, professional weaver, or craft instructor, provide business opportunities in selling woven baskets, textile, mats and many other entrepreneurial activities.
